We are a Swedish couple living in sunny Spain most of the year together with our two children, and a third one on its way. With backgrounds within banking and marketing we both learned that working in an office 9-5 for someone else simply wasn’t for us anymore. We wanted flexibility, to be deciding our own hours, to be able to move to another country, to travel whenever we wanted to and to be there for our children in all their special moments.
When Charlotte met Ric in London, he was already a successful entrepreneur. As a semi professional basketball player, a university graduate and with his mind set to make a career within banking he had a change of heart! At 23 years old he saw his co-workers coming into the office stressed-out, working way too much overtime and losing lots of time for the things in life they loved, family, friends, travels etc. Ric decided that this wasn’t the life he wanted.
Charlotte on the other hand was happy with her career as a marketer and was proud of having got the opportunity to move from Stockholm to London within her company, since she had always been curious about the world out there! It didn’t take long though until she realized that it was slightly different from what she had dreamed of. Long hours, long commute and a totally different hierarchy. She had already in her previous work worked 24/7 for 2 years and wasn’t satisfied with potentially going back to that again.
Ric continued to be successful and built up a huge global business that had a massive growth taking the business offline to online. In particular it was social media that triggered the growth and ever since then it has continued to grow with a few ups and downs in between!
Fast forward a few years, pregnant with their second child, Charlotte decided that she was ready to join Ric in his entrepreneur venture and to make an income from home during her pregnancy and also her maternity leave.
Today we are financially free, both having business all over the world, living in two countries and traveling as much as we want to. But we love what we do and we love helping more people be successful! Through the years we have seen many people improve their lives in different ways and some that have completely changed their lives. Could you be the next one?
